Join us for the last mahjong night in the Maypop greenhouse! Meet Me at Mahj is Magpie’s signature mahjong open play night with everything you need to play—beautiful mahjong tiles, accessories, and NMJL cards—provided, so you can just show up and have fun. Attend with friends or come alone and meet new mahj friends! The bar will be open with drinks available for purchase from Maypop. All levels welcome but there is not instruction during this event; open play is for players who have completed a 101 lesson or have mahjong playing experience. If you’re newer to the game, Magpie Mahjong instructor Ali Salter will be on hand to offer guidance and tips as needed.
