Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 10 a.m. - Mother’s Day Mahj Mahjong Open Play with Crema Coffeehouse in St. Louis
Join us for a special celebratory mahjong open play event in honor of Mother’s Day in the stunning ballroom at The Era Collective building where Crema Coffeehouse is located. Enjoy a delicious spread of Crema sweet and savory bites alongside a cold brew bar and mimosa station. We’ll have the tables set for a morning of open mahjong play.
Bring your mom, your friends, or just yourself! All you have to do is show up, sip something delicious, and be ready to play mahjong.
All levels welcome but there is not instruction during this event; open play is for players who have completed a 101 lesson or have mahjong playing experience. If you’re newer to the game, especially if you’re fresh off a Magpie 101 or 102, instructor Ali Salter will be on hand to offer guidance.
Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
